Terms for Car Rental

1 . Minimum running depend of cities & state wise, 250 to 300 km per day.

2 . One day = 12 hours or calendar day which is earliest?.

3 . The Car booking confirmation is valid after receiving the token amount.

4 . A fraction of an hour will be charged as one hour & a fraction of a kilometer will be charged as one kilometer.

5 . Time, Day and Kilometers are calculated from tour starting city Garage to Garage basis.

6 . Driver allowance of INR 200/- for cars & INR 300 for coaches shall be extra.

7 . In hilly areas, charges per kilometer & driver's charges will be 50% extra.

8 . All Toll taxes, Parking Charges, Inter State RTO Tax, Entrance fee & Govt. Taxes, if any, will be charged extra.

9 . If the bill amount increases during the usage of the car, then the balance payment must be made before leaving the car.

10 . The customer is expected to fill in the duty slip, duly sign the same and hand over to the driver.

11 . Cancellation should be notified 72 hours before the trip.

12 . All the inbound payment can be made through Cash / Cheque / DD to your nearest bank.

13 . All the Foreign payments should be made in US Dollars in Bank Draft to an Indian Bank. No other payment method is acceptable.

14 . This company is not responsible for any loss, theft, accident etc. during the journey.

15 . Any misfortune/Break down of journey due to natural calamities shall have to be borne with us.

16 . Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction only.
